oil from turbo

i have relocated my TD06 25G turbo to the bottom, front, drivers side, (look in proects under rs200 impreza for pics) anyway ive got it started and now i have found the turbo is dripping oil from the exhaust side, it has the scavenger oil pump all working so why do you think this is happening? any help would be appreciated, cheers phil.:thumb:

Possible faulty, or worn seal.

a up mark,
i think i have worked out why the leak was happening, i have the scavenging pump hooked up and it makes a hissing sound from the crank breather, so im thinking it is causing air to build up in the block and ups the oil pressure, this will give more pressure than the seal can handle in the turbo and makes it leak,
it cant be worn as its brand new,
if i leave the pipe off the catch can it makes no hissing sound, but i cant tell if its leaking or not yet,

Wrong type of banjo bolt for the oil feed to the turbo ??
Some have a small drilling to control the amount/flow of oil.
