Hawkeyes without spoilers
Anyone taken off the spoilers on their Hawkeye's. I like the RA-R look, very simple.
Who has fiited a more understated spoiler, is it a case of removing the standard & re-using the same holes, will a bodyshop be required. Does it affect performance/handling Appreciate all pictures & comments |

For my spoiler the holes needed to be filled and the boot resprayed. You could always just buy a new boot. It doesn't effect handling at all and I am running above standard power. Unless you are in the WRC, which you wouldn't be driving an Impreza these days :lol1: , then spoilers are just for styling and reducing your top speed. |
hey mikkel this is a bit off topic but just looking at your power figure and am amazed with the torque figure apparently the hawk can be taken to 420lbs/ft...is that the max Andy F said he could map too??

This may help: AndyForrestPerformance I asked for a moderate map as I was more interested in the power band than the top bhp. He will basically custom map your car to your specifications and within the safe limits of your modifications. You are better off having a chat with Andy mate. Tell him what you want from the car and he will advise you accordingly. |
