I was surprised to read an ebay ad claim that there are only 37 registered left?

I am making a log of Catalunyas - pm me info on your cars if you don't want me to put it onto the site - any info appreciated, even if you've killed one! Thanks!!

Which number mate? I am now liking the idea of making a note of all the dead ones so that I can begin to work out roughly how many are left.

my mate had one some years back but sadly killed it and nearly himself,
he had a head on doing 130mph racing a AMG merc and a car pulled out,
he was in hospital for 12 months
other people in other car where also hospitalised for some time and one of them never fully recovered

what a terrible scenario, speed kills

without wanting to sound dumb but whats special about these cars? they look like another black classic to me. whats the difference in them or is it just because they are limited?

This tells you a bit about them. It's a uk turbo with a few extra bits. So is anyone going to tell me the numbers of the cars which have been smashed up - i want to make a list!

Sounds way over the top to me, you hit a car head-on at 130mph and there ain't gonna be much left of anything! Probably caught the "1" key by mistake when typing in 30mph

I doubt He'd of been in hospital 12 months for a 30mph crash :)

i actually didn,t say there was anything left of anything!!, took emergency services 5 hrs to cut him from car and very nearly amputated his leg on the scene, this happened in langstone newport , gwent, about 7 ish years back if anyone on here local to newport remembers it.it was a very serious accident!!

12 months in hospital and then 3 years of intense therapy to walk again after numerous operations on his hips, legs !! not to mention both arms broke and his pelvis!!
he can walk now but with a major limp as his one leg is shorter than the other.
130 mph not 30, and yes indeed speed kills!!
