hi all dose anyone have a car trailer that i can borrow please as my gearbox has gone:cry: the fillings are to big and are jamming up the gearbox:cry: / as i need to get the car to David at api / i live in high wycombe bucks many thanks

Have you tried a trailer centre? I rang my local one and they only wanted £50 for Friday PM to Monday AM.

AA or RAC membership?? May charge but gets things going! :thumb:

Unless you have just broke down?

Can you drive it?? :wonder: Then you've broke down just tell them the gearbox has jammed up and you need a recovery truck, Sure they can help! :norty:

I didn't offer as you seemed to have it under control. It'll cost more than that to hire a trailer and put fuel in whatever you tow with.

now thats service with a smile if ever i saw it,when my engine went and i had to get the car to the garage that had built it, i had to fek about taking all my details to the trailer hire then they wanted a deposit, then it cost just over £40 for the hire,then there was my deisel,then i had to take the bloody thing back.
