Is there anyway of me making a prodrive back box any louder im planning a full decat soon will that unleash the sound or do I need a different box
in the interim can I open the back box for more noise??? thanks

If you want a louder backbox then simply change it.
Afterburner Vortex is a popular choice but loads of others to choose from.

Hi Rob - it's the backbox which makes most difference, so you'll probably have to change that.

De-catting will make it louder as will replacing the resonator section (assuming it's the PPP system?) with a section from the likes of TSL etc.

To knock the baffles out? Unfortunately, there are no baffles in the Prodrive box - it's straight through!

Get a de resonated centre section, makes it slightly louder.

De-res and get rid of the third cat, it improves the sound, mind I'm onto a Blitz now so obviously it didn't do enough for me!!!

Made mine a hell of a lot louder.:norty:
