blitz nur spec r
 

Hi i have just bought this system blitz nur spec r back box, de cat centre, standard downpipe its a 3" system up to the downpipe were it tapers down to 2 1/2" i see everyone says the systems are good and loud well mine isnt sounds like my other one i have replaced it with which was a cobra sport back box, cat centre pipe, standard downpipe

can anyone tell me why this is and whats the problem is as i dont think the system is that good

The system is very noisey even with the standard d/p.
It will be louder still, with a decat d/p.

Are you 100% you have a Blitz system?

did you buy the blitz nur spec r full system or did you by the nur spec back box and have a seperate centre section because this would be the nur spec s

I found this problem when i got my Ninja 2, quite on the inside of the car. But got my girlfriend to drive it whilst i was standing outside, and yes it was a lot louder then my last one. So maybe give that a try.

i am going to get a de cat down pipe

i also bought the system of a bloke who was breaking his car so i dont no if its all one system but he assures me it is i no the back box is as it has the writting like i have seen on others

also i had my dad listen to it and my bro and they say its seems abit louder not a great deal tho

i think its more throatier than louder

at the min im going to change the down pipe and check the o ring which i have put on see if that makes any difference

The centre section on the Blitz R is 3" and bulges out in the middle which is a resonator.

My Nur Spec R system is very loud and sounds great

the centre section is 3" and tapers to 2 1/2" on the flange to fit standard downpipe and there is a a bulge in the middle
