Quick Spark Plug Question...
Hi Guys,
It seams that most people on here favour the NGK PFR platinum plug over the NGK iridium plug, just wondered what the reason for that was? I am currently running about 300bhp in my 98 sti typr r so was going to go for the PFR7B as it seams a popular choice. Would a 0.7mm plug gap be advised? Thank you for your help Jimmy |
That will be fine fella

Thanx Mate, i am going to pop down the local motor factors and pick some up.
Cheers Jimmy |
what about ngk iridium on a sti import running the same, 300bhp :wonder:
|
Heat range 7 would still be the plug for you but just in iridium...its called;
BKR7EIX Jimmy |
i have the number 11 on my box is that heat range if so is that fine:wonder:
|
The number 11 if its right on the end of the part number on a NGK spark plug is normally how much the plug is gapped at out the factory.
