help!! which top mount?

just looking for some advise i currently have a turbo xs top mount intercooler
TurboXS Top Mount Intercooler FMIC Subaru Impreza 00-05 Scooby Turbo Subaru Impreza STi WRX Parts Lancer EVO Manifolds Turbo Intercoolers - Flat4online.co.uk
and i have also a sti top mount intercooler which would i see better gains from? i have a 2004 wrx with a vf34 turbo running 340bhp any help would be appreciated

im sure sti tmic r good for up 2 400bhp
