im new to this game of scoobies i have a k reg so guessing version 1 ;-) what does it do then

burnhamshaun 29 December 2008 06:01 PM

and how would i know if someone has fitted it to my car as i have a switch next to the steering wheel which i have no idea what it does its on the left hand side roughly same position as fog switch on the right

Pete 29 December 2008 06:02 PM

It sprays water onto the cooler to aid cooling..

Press it and have a look under you scoop on the bonnet to see if any water is released, if you have it you should have a little water bottle with a blue lid behind the drivers head lamp mate.

Could just be a fog light switch bud

So there,s NO writing on this switch you,ve mentioned?? if it,s water spray get you bonnet up and give it a press, you,ll see the spray come out onto the cooler, if not maybe your bottle is empty,or it,s a switch for something else, i,m not familiar with the K plate car..:wonder:
