oil levels!!

Just wanted to know how much oil it takes to go from min to max on dipstick.

98 classic type R.

1 litre.

Obviously, the min level is the bottom hole. The max is the top 'full' hole, and NOT the semi-circular notch in the side of the dipstick, further up!
