Pissed.

Dedrater 08 December 2008 01:23 PM

lol at thread title, quite literally it would seem.

Thats sort of the same way I would like to go, without the killing other people bit.

Hope he gets bummed to death in prison.

Gear Head 08 December 2008 01:25 PM

I can think of better ways to exit the stage! :thumb:

He'll be eligable for release in about 5 years.

mykp 08 December 2008 01:31 PM

what a whanker!

and the courts also gave him a 15 year driving ban!!!!

Fantom 08 December 2008 01:34 PM

Should be going down for murder!

Nat 08 December 2008 01:35 PM

Look at the pic - do you think a driving ban will stop him driving when he comes out?

If he had a licence in the First place (that wasn't his cousins or brothers) that is.

SunnySideUp 08 December 2008 01:52 PM

One thing annoys me about this, people seen that he was drunk and driving erratically down the motorway and had to phone the police regarding this. Why wasn't there any Motorway Patrol's around to pick this up before this happened?

Last week i did around 800miles of motorway driving and only seen a patrol car twice. They need to get more Police out on the beat in my opinion, Camera's don't stop dangerous driving!

He deserves locked away for life in my opinion for killing a family:mad:

I don't want to pay tax towards keeping this fecker in playstations and coke.

He should be shovelled into a power station furnace - at least we would get a few watts of power out of the useless fecker.

There is no benefit to keeping him around - not for society or the gene pool IMO

Hussain, of Bradford
says it all..

Why? It wasn't murder.

ash002004 08 December 2008 03:00 PM

I think Fantom, that you mean Manslaughter, it wasn't done with intent, so therefore it is not murder :)

What does it say "exactly?" :wonder:

Nat 08 December 2008 03:05 PM

That just as everyone thought, Bradford is full of scum.

I would argue that he deliberately drove at nearly twice the speed limit whilst drunk and decided to bash one of at the same time. He didn't go out and make sure he was in complete control of the car, he did the exact opposite......on purpose. If he had been guilty of just one of the above, then yes, man-slaughter would fit, but all three? You're having a giraffe!

It doesn't work like that.

Boro 08 December 2008 03:10 PM

I guess for a murder charge, they would have to prove he aimed for them and being that drunk i doubt he could have aimed and hit anyone.

He'd still get done for manslaughter

and Dangerous driving
Drink driving
Excessive speeding but to name a few!

Not sure what charge he'd get for chebbing one off behind the wheel! Can't believe such a small sentence though. My friend was murdered with intent just over a year ago in a knife attack on him, his killer got 16 years. Murder or not, you take someone's life, you should should spend the rest of yours in prison no releases, zilch. Eye for an eye n that.

Bit harsh, but 100% correct:D

I know it doesn't and I understand the difference between murder and man-slaughter. I still think that he got off lightly though. There's taking the piss but that just showed how much he cared about anyone else other than himself.

That's where sentencing comes in...

ash002004 08 December 2008 03:52 PM

He showed he had no consideration for anyone or anything as soon as he unlocked his car

But man-slaughter has a maximum sentence does it not?

How many patrol cars do you think it would need to cover the road network
