If their are 52 weeks in a year and 4 weeks in a month then why
 

is it that when you add up 12 months x 4 weeks you get 48 weeks, where have the other 4 weeks gone ?

Correct, there are 7 days in 1 week.

However,

30 days hath September,April, June and November, All the rest have 31,
Excepting February alone.Which only has but 28 days clear and 29 in each leap year

So, using the above we can deduce that:

A. Only February is a 4 week month ( apart from Leap years )
B. You never read nursery rhymes.

There are obviously more than 4wks in 1 month, that 1 is easy.

However how do you explain the fact that there are only 52wks of the year (364) and 365 days in a year:wonder:

In 10yrs there are 520 wks (3640 days) but yet 10 x 365 = (3650days) Give the 2 leap years that we'll get back in that time and we are still 8 days short:wonder:
