Is your boss a decent person.

I just got a new boss. She was away on sabatical for 1 year. I used to hate her but she has come back to replace my current boss.

I thought it would be bad but she has been back 4 weeks now an is still sound.

She must of had time to think abotu how much of a dick she was been before.

Glad you've found a really good boss. I had a boss who was a class A ****, but I can't talk about it under the rules of the court injunction... :D

My boss who she replaced was a cool guy aswell which was a bit of a shame but change is good i suppose.

I have no choice anyways :-)

My boss is a **** who never talks to me!

My Boss is my old man. So yeah, my Boss is a top man. :thumb:

From too many years in too many companies.

Boss one level up - generally fine, sometimes good, occasionally cool
Boss two levels up - generally ok, sometimes bad, occasionally shocking.
Boss three levels up or more - almost without exception see you next tuesday kinda people.

To us here, our senior managers only exist in the mind of our immediate manager. Never see them or know what they do all day, but they have all the decision making power :cuckoo:

My boss is a complete tool, dresses badly,talks crap and I am sure is a pervert :mad: :mad:

My boss has become a tw*t.

I love my boss, he spoils me :D He's off sick at the moment...luckily all the other guys in my department spoil me as well :D

I have two, dont see them that much but they are both great, next level up can be a bit funny with me sometimes but generally quite nice.

When I worked at the Police the senior managers were all, to a man, strange.

I would like to think I am a nice boss. For starters I dont like the term boss... I like to think that we all work together... just I get to keep the money :nono:

Seriously though, I have had some right w@nker bosses over the years, some good ones too but the bad ones make me realise that its important for staff to know their boss is looking out for them. Play the game and I will make sure they are looked after.

My Dad is my boss, and I do not recommend it to anybody.

We have so many bosses at work, it's hard to keep track. Generally they are crap in one way or another.

Boss at the mo is making me feel like crap, but don't want to go into all that.

My Boss is my in laws best friend! "Hense" how i got the job! He is cool even with the odd moan but i get away with murder! :D It's just the company who are w@nkers!

My boss is the best manager i've ever worked for. Consumate professional, huge depth of knowledge, excellent management style. Will be a shame when the day comes to move on.

My boss. As a person she has a heart of gold, she'd do anything she can for you.
As a boss she's a nightmare, I end doing most of her work as she doesn't understand engineering.
