Front Screen washer Not Working
 

I have bought new Motor and bottle. The motor works when connected to a 9v battery also the wipers wipe when you move the colum stick i have also checked the hose they are not blocked and although the fuse diagram is in japanese i have checked them please help! what else can it be.
