Hi Phill

Tryed to get one myself yesterday as the due date was 8th Feb.

Was told that the release has been posponed & it will now be available in early March (About the same time as "Medal of Honour")

Looks like we'll have to play our old games for another month!

8 hours into MGS2 now;):)

really good gameplay, some nice action sequences.
The buttons take some getting use to but if youve played the first one you should have no problems.

So you've got it!!! Import or UK?? Where did you get it from ?

Babber,Its a Us import.;);)

Daz,onto the bit after you have fought the Harrier jumpjet.
Got to get to level 2 i think but the bridge is down, the only way i can see across is by a beam that seems to get to the other side. After a few failed attempts i switched it off.

Scooby Nutter - it LOOKS a lot worse than it actually is, also its worth doing that bit, cos you're coming up to quite a "funny" moment in the game.

I purposely didn't start MGS on the PS1 until I finished the decorating. I knew I'd be addicted to it, the moment I started!!!

I knew someone that completed the Jap version  he bought a jap dictionary and somehow followed the game lol.

Daz V,
got to the funny bit,Raiden got a little wet;););)

Babber,
had a jap version on the ps1 many years ago.Really difficult to figure out what you were meant to do:(.When i got the us version i had to go into a room and bang on the walls finding a weak spot on the wall!!I never stood a chance finding out in Japanese!!!

MGS1 was also a really good game,no.2 is the same sort of stuff but with better graphics.
I think the Metal gear/Solid snake games first started on the Nintendo.!
