Bedding in advice for Performance Friction Pads

About to fit Performance friction Z pad on front with std Sti discs, they didnt supply bedding in info with pads. Anyone know, is it just a few standing stops from high speeds?

Thanks

think carefully before you start as you need to allow everything to cool afterwards and ideally you simply want to continue driving for 5-10mls at reasonable speed..............do NOT simply park up to let them cool or you will potentially damage them

5 light applications 50-30
5 medium applications 70-40
3 hard applications (do not induce ABS) ***-30

allow to cool, amount of stops can be tempered to account for track conditions prevailing

** do not blindly bed all manufacturers to this procedure as it will potentially damage certain products / discs **
