Clifford 650

Tracked my scoob yesterday and did a few 360 spins:norty:
After the last one (no impact just free spin) the car stopped and will now not even turn starter, won't bump off so I think the immobiliser is active:wonder:
Any ideas/tips what to check folks, the alarm is locking/unlocking and ignition lights come on but thats it. Any help greatly appreciated.:thumb:

It could be the alarm but I would also check that the wire which connects to the starter hasn't came loose. It's probably worth getting an electrician to have a look at it.

But it won't bump start even when towed.

in that case you have no ignition and probably no fuel pump either. Again it could be related to the alarm but I would hazard a guess that one of your "offs" has probably caused something else to go.

Does your car have an inertia fuel shut off device?

don't know so will check, but surely wouldn't stop starter:wonder:

TBH. I could be a multitude of things. The fact that it's getting ignition lights suggests that the ignition cut of the alarm is functioning fine. That should mean that the car will start with a bump. If it's not then it's pointing towards being something slightly more substantial. Have you checked all the obvious things like fuses, battery terminals etc?

Had to work away for a week, back to car today. Found number 11 fuse blown inside car. Seems ok now, no obvious problem.
Thanks for your help and input:thumb: .
