What a cock!

Bentley my arse!
So by adding a Bentley 'lookalike' grille you can call it a Bently Replica :wonder:
Should be done under trade descriptions....
Should be on Barryboys....
Cash Car Buyer : 3.0 V6 CRD (Bently Replica)

J4CKO 19 November 2008 09:15 PM

Can get an actual Conti GT for not that much more.

RS Grant 20 November 2008 01:06 AM

Might have Bentley Badges and a Bentley 'Style' Grill.... but one look at the cheap plastic interior will confirm that this is way down the food chain from a proper Bentley. :D

Dont get me wrong, I used to sell these cars and they are 'usually' nice enough looking and a cheap alternative to a 5-series or E-class... a few switches, the chassis and the diesel engine is carried over from the previous generation Mercedes too which does help.

Cheers,
Grant

Boro 20 November 2008 03:17 AM

OMG theyve actually put Bentley badges on it too!!!

HT04 20 November 2008 07:54 AM

this one is a bit tacky but i dont care what you say, the 300c SRT8 is an awesome beast :norty:

billythekid 20 November 2008 08:44 AM

Loads of them round this way for some reason, I think people who cant afford RRS have now got these... all with chrome wheels etc.. :Whatever_

HT04 20 November 2008 09:10 AM

if these are done properly then they can look ok. ive seen a couple of show cars on the net, airbags, 22's, phantom front end, etc........can look tasty. im likeing the rayvern hydraulics show car aswell.

J4CKO 20 November 2008 12:39 PM

Standard up-spec ones look fine, once fannyed about with it makes you look like you sell smack on a ropey council estate in Leeds.

GC8 20 November 2008 12:58 PM

More like Manchester. Youre getting the scruffy side of the Pennines mixed up there.....

Matteeboy 20 November 2008 01:32 PM

Gangster special.
The estates look like a Godfather hearse.

RJM25R 20 November 2008 01:51 PM

Thats not even the bentley style grille (the bentley grille is a stainless x-hatch mesh)

That one is a Rolls Royce style grille

mamoon2 20 November 2008 01:55 PM

The number plate says it all if you get my drift ;)

Olly 20 November 2008 04:52 PM

Nearly as bad as the black Ssingsong Rectum I saw the other day with BMW roundels on the boot, bonnet and wheel centres. Easily the most tragic thing I've ever seen.

Rule number one of car buying.

Don't purchase a car from an illiterate or some prat who can't be bothered to use a dictionary.

Dealers saying things like 'has zeon/zenon lights' for example.

Dan W 21 November 2008 11:48 AM

If it was fitted with a HEMI I wouldnt care.

Agreed, those people who sling a wild Pig under their car or a Spanish waiter inside, as in the ad they claim a "Big Boar Exhaust" and a "Manuel Gearbox".

MooseRacer 21 November 2008 07:20 PM

pmsl :D

BULLITT 23 November 2008 01:33 AM

I went to Chrysler dealer to look at these, that Bentley grille is an optional extra, the salesman said people prefer them, he didn't like my reply of "yeah because they're snobby *******s who like to pretend they have a Bentley"

Not bad cars at all and prices from £10k for the diesel its something different. I like them a lot but not sh!t big wheel mess that's usually advertised. Just standard is good enough.

No, that was Japanese, this piece of crap is a Chinese Jing Jong Ping Pong Wing Wang Woo or summat.

And why do some people insist on trying to sell you their Alpha Romeo?

ScoobySteve69 03 November 2012 06:27 PM

LEO-RS 03 November 2012 08:49 PM
