Glad to hear it. Hopefully Alonso can now move on. I know he had a bad time at Mclaren but a lot of his comments seemed throughout the year were unjustified.

I don't understand why a retired and once shamed MP should get involved in all of this to be honest...

ditto. good of alonso to make the effort that soon after the race and good of hamilton to make a point of telling the press that alonso had made that effort. still a lot of respect between the drivers now the pressure is off for a short while

looking forward to next year already!

Very glad to hear that Alonso was big enough to congratulate Hamilton and that Hamilton was not only pleased to accept the congratulations and also to tell everyone about it.

A much better way to carry on in a sport.
