Newage Warpped disks

Just bought a STI8 from a dealer, and after getting notice a fairly bad break shudder, and under heavy breaking the car really shudders and starts shaking th steering rack badly.

The disk on the front look new, with virtually no wear to them, they are grooved, and cross drilled. Could they really be warped so soon after fitment ?.

I'm not sure of the make, and was just wondering if I could be missing something else. Or is it time to replace the disks even though they are like new ?.

Cheers
Rob

I'm guessing they are going to use the 'wear and tear' get out clause against me. But the dealer who sold me the car, has been very good to me throughout, so will drop him a line and see how things go.

I also have a RAC warranty that I bought with the car, but again I doubt its covered under grounds of wear and tear.

How long you had the car ? How many miles you done since you bought it??

Had it one day, and only mileage I have covered was getting it home.

In that case you must go straight back the longer you leave it the worse it is going to look.
If the dealer has been good to you before I am sure he still will, After all the car sounds like it could be dangerous and not fit for the road:mad:
