Oasis - tour nealry sold out
Obviously the downturn doesn't extend to Oasis' tour tickets.
Tickets went on sale for their summer 2009 tour this morning at 10am. By 3pm they had sold 500,000 tickets and sold out most of the venues. I maanged to get 4 tickets for the extra Manchester date they added this afternoon. Was a bit surprised when at 3:30pm this afternoon I couldn't get any for the Sat/Sun shows - never realised they were still that popular. |
my wife spent 2 hours on the phone, we wanted manchester but got 2 at wembley instead, going to make a weekend of it now though

I managed to get 6 for Murrayfield :luxhello: . Tried all three phone numbers and never got as far as a ring tone. Website said sold out , then managed to get one ticket. I gave up and went for a shower only to come back down and gave it another try and got another five tickets.
We are going to see them next weekend up in Aberdeen but i am looking forward to next year more. The Enemy and Kasabian :luxhello: |
Got tickets for Murrayfield! :)

Top marks to Ticketmaster for this one, at 10:00 every other ticketing website was unavailable, with Ticketmaster got put in a queue, told I would have to wait 15 minutes, sure enough about (!) 15 minutes later I had the tickets I wanted, all relatively painless.
