It's your Scoob's way of telling you that your passenger needs to shed serious weight. Ejector seat? :wonder:

Sorry, couldn't resist. :D

Seriously, haven't a clue - that is a weird one, that :wonder: .

The ECU does sit in the passenger footwell... but it's under a sturdy metal kickplate, so it can't be the passenger's feet knocking it about. Hmmmmn...

whats weight got to do with it.

 Er... I was being silly fella.

i have tried kicking the plate that covers the ecu etc but no luck.

is they anything under the seat or is it something to do with fuel.

the car does start up straight away after so i really dont know.

So it works fine without passenger... but cuts out with? It's that cut and dried, yes?

yes works fine with me but when someone in it cuts out even said dont put feet on ecu but still cuts out only at idle tho but it runs fine when running.

How much do you know about your car - have you explored every nook and cranny, as such? You sure you defo haven't got some erroneous bit of electrical equipment under/or in the seat etc and wired to the ignition circuit? :wonder: Could be that it's shorting out as the passenger's weight/movement bears down on it?

Bit of a tenuous long shot I know!

not as far as i know, dont think any wires are under there etc so i just give up. got someone looking at it next week.
