Someone shed any light on a turbo timer?

When I bought my bugeye the original owner threw in for free a turbo timer he bought but didnt get around to fitting

How easy/hard are they to fit? Or would it be recommended I get a garage to fit it for me..... Not sure what make it is I would look but put the box back away now

Comes in the box: Little silver unit with a small display on, accompanied by buttons with wires coming out the back with terminals located at the ends (the fork types) and then a seperate little bag with red wires in, its all still brand new

Thanks for any help in advance :thumb:

Basically,it splices into your ignition wiring. Some have connectors to give an easy fit, others you need to solder/crimp in. It should come with insallation guide. As long as you take it easy for the last few minutes of driving,i don't think their needed really.

You need to find the make, then you should be able to get drawings online.I found them for the Greddy one i had.

Euid Super mini timer is says on the box! Doesn't sound well known

May jus sell it cheap on here and buy a greddy or hks one and get zen or rgs in wellingborough to fit it. Think actually my mate has one he had fitted to his proton satria come evo turbo engine conversion :thumb:

Can't set the alarm? that dont sound right mate surely, you should be able to lock it having just the engine running in the background so to speak

can lock it on the key.

nope can't set alarm until it cuts ignition, that's the reason i don't use it,even if someone did try to stealit it would cut ignition if handbrake was touched.
