Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie trying to do my first (or is that now second...?) post but the help pages for writing smilies and embedding info in messages seem to be inaccessible.

Can anyone tell me how to:

1. Generate the smilies
2. Embed a photograph (.jpg for example) into a message.
3. Embed a link to another URL into a message.

Use the edit function (the pen and paper icon) to edit a post someone else has written that features the tricks you want to use, such as embedding images, URL's smilies etc, and you should be able to see the code they use.

ZXGuru - here's a little help ....

1. Generate the smilies - have a look at this url www.btinternet.com/~sandlans/smilies/smilies.html - this will show you what to do .... also click on edit on a post with a smilie to see what they've done ;)
2. Embed a photograph - good website above ....
3. Embed a URL .... [ url ]www.scoobynet.co.uk[ /url ] - just type in this code minus the spaces in the brackets
