classis wrx, original rim size, tyre size etc!!

hi all. i have a MY94 classic wrx. i currently have the original 15" rims. the not so nice ones that have 5 spokes and look like a dark grey/bronze type coulour. hard to describe the colour really but i'm sure a few of you know what i mean. i currently have bridgestone POTENZA RE4ZOR (195/65R15) tyres. i have searched high and low over the net to find these tyres so i can show you what they look like but to no avail!! basically they are gravel/loose chipping rally tyres. now, the thing is, they sit about 6 inches if not more away from the rim, thus making it look like they are close to 17" wheels. i cannot knock these tyres in anyway whatsoever! once warm, these beauties stick to the road like glue! they are so soft and sticky that i can squash the tread together after a good drive. the thing is, it completely knocks my speedo out. i have been in the fast lane of the motorway and passing traffic whilst my speedo is only registering 60mph. 5th gear at 5000rpm, not a chance in hell! i have been given a set of 4 wheels, exactly the same as above. (not tyres) and i would like to know what the correct tyre size should be for these rims in order to have a 'correct' speedo reading. i understand that it will never be exact but as close as possible would be good. also any suggestions on 'brands' etc are very much welcomed. possibly looking to spray them a different colour if i can get tyre size etc sorted. so any suggestions on colour would be great. she's a silver classic. thanks people.

i don't have these stickers anywhere. i've looked and seen nothing around the entire car. what does the 87H and 88H etc mean?

The number is the load index and the letter is the speed rating.
For 15's get 195/60/15, 16's 205/50/16, 17's 215/40/17 ans 18's 215/35/18.
