Possibly the Water Pump

is the water pump that side of the engine (right hand side , facing the engine)
thinkin bt takin have the right hand side of the timing cover off and having a look?

The water pump is on the right hand side of the engine viewed from the front and the thermostat housing bolts to the water pump.
If you remove the right hand outer cam cover, you can just see the pump behind the center cover.
