Whats the best Estate Agent to use?
 

Anyone got any experience? Probably not the best time in the financial market to sell - but I thought I'd get the ball rolling - valuation etc.

One place to get a good idea is the right move or find a property on the internet,so you can see which agents are selling houses in your area
Your neighbour must have really upset you:p

LOL - We've been saying it for ages - the neighbours actions over the weekend were just the final straw.
Not sure if we'll stay in this area - may move up towards my folks.
