Japan F1 GP

I've never watched it live - I start out with the best intentions every year, then get blootered and fall asleep at about 4.59. This year I've decided to............... zzzzzz.....................

ScoobyWon't 12 October 2008 03:27 AM

Wake me before it starts :thumb:

corradoboy 12 October 2008 05:16 AM

Wake me up when it finishes

I used to be a massive F1 fan, but it's beyond salvation !

FlightMan 12 October 2008 06:31 AM

C'mon Lewis!

Nat 12 October 2008 06:38 AM

Hamilton totally fooked it up.

Nat 12 October 2008 06:39 AM

Lets see the FIA completely ignore the fact Massa was off the track on the grass before he just pushed Hamilton off

FlightMan 12 October 2008 06:41 AM

So, Massa outbrakes himself, and drives across the grass and punts Hamilton off.

Remind you of Spa? Penalty anyone?

It's not going to happen is it?

Nat 12 October 2008 06:43 AM

Nope. Frickin joke, haven't seen any "Car 2 under investigation by race officials" yet, not holding my breath.

PeteBrant 12 October 2008 06:45 AM

Hamilton got a bit hot headed, but he had every right to think he had made the pass and not expect Massa to come back at him from the grass

Gear Head 12 October 2008 06:45 AM

What ever happens to Massa, that was a very poor first lap from Lewis. Lewis driving for the win again rather than the championship.

jaytc2003 12 October 2008 06:46 AM

wonder if mclaren have spoken to the stewards re the incident. Much worse than spa imo

Rubbish. He was alongside, on the inside. How was it Lewis's corner.

Regardless of any penalty, Lewis has thrown this race away.

Nat 12 October 2008 06:48 AM

He was on the grass, off the track after out braking himself trying to defend the place Lewis had just cleanly taken

inside off track :wonder:

Nat 12 October 2008 06:51 AM

Just seen replay, Massa was on the grass, out of control and hit Hamilton after out braking himself and losing full control. Blatant penalty.

.

Yes, he was on the inside. On the grass, like.

I know you can't stand Hamilton, but surely even you can see that it was slightly out of order

Massa should receive a penalty yes, as he did 100% leave the track, but atleast an attempt was made to take the corner properly. :thumb:

Nat 12 October 2008 06:57 AM

Penalty for Massa :D :D :D

jaytc2003 12 October 2008 06:57 AM

hamilton given a penalty as well ffs

Gear Head 12 October 2008 06:57 AM

What a shame for Hamilton. :D

Nat 12 October 2008 06:57 AM

Glad to see you came to yuor senses.

Nat 12 October 2008 06:58 AM

Well they couldn't do anything that would give any advantage to Hamilton eh.

Looks like the stewards don't agree with you this time Chris. :lol1:

If none of your wheels are between the white lines, you're NOT on the inside are you? You are off the track. :thumb:

Nat 12 October 2008 06:59 AM

At least Massa has just had to pit AND now has to take his drive through.

I see Ferrari have gone back to Mr Lolli and his Pop, haha.

BOB.T 12 October 2008 07:04 AM

Chris, are you the FIA? :Suspiciou

I want to kill James Allen even more at this time of day

jaytc2003 12 October 2008 07:04 AM

I guess the stewards/fia dont want to upset ferrari so give hamilton a penalty as well.

wonder why both incidents were announced at the same time when they occured on different laps :wonder:
