POLICE AT IT AGAIN

Another bashing the innocent copper thread.Well iv'e tried to stand up for you cnuts, but tonight you out did yourself. My mom 67 yo, was arrested and bruised by you scummy lot because she had an argument at tesco car park about someone who was not disabled parking in a disabled parking bay. The two fat scumbags in the disabled parking bay called out to the security idiot who managed to get two on duty officers in tescos, to the scene. So what do they do nick my 67 yo mom, not the fat pricks who are in the wrong but my mom. She was manhandled, has CANCER and is now in a terrible state, as she has been charged with common assault. YOU LOT REALLY ARE A LOAD OF PRICKS

darts_aint_sport 06 October 2008 10:19 PM

webby v7 slipperwagon 06 October 2008 10:21 PM

There's nothing quite like making yourself popular with people who could make life difficult for you! :thumb:

GC8 06 October 2008 10:24 PM

Paul, that is shameful. Reassure her that she wont be prosecuted if she insists on a jury trial. If the police court is her only option then it will be dropped when she appeals to the higher court.

Simon

dpb 06 October 2008 10:25 PM

You know what, they make there own lives difficult, i'm not into copper bashing because i really believe the post 90's coppers are ok. But these new breed of young clowns are hard to believe, it seems they just take any CLOWN on board to make up the numbers.

Nat 06 October 2008 10:26 PM

That's bad :(

Go to your local paper!

It's a good job I'm not a copper. I'd be a right bast@rd. I've already got a hit-list I've been compiling :D

No but her mother who was in the car is, and could not get a bay so as to remove the wheel chair

ScoobyWon't 06 October 2008 10:32 PM

I'm sure the car park should have some sort of CCTV covering the front of the store which would probably also cover the disabled parking spaces.

So has she been charged and released on bail pending further investigation? Or simply cautioned?

Thanks Simon, she is in a terrible state as it is. Tomorrow she has her cancer treatment as well, so it's not to good at the moment. It just makes more proof that our police really are the laughing joke of europe.

They probably don't expect the CPS to follow it up, but they have to investigate all claims made or they aren't doing the job.

There is nothing to stop your mother claiming a crime was committed against her, but I doubt that would be prosecuted either.

I was arrested for something I hadn't done. I was released on bail while they spoke to the bitch who made the complaint and they said there was no charge to answer. I expect the same will happen here. But I'm not a cop, so don't take my wod for it.

Unfortunately that's exactly the attitude of most coppers nowadays, they seem to feel they have the power to make life difficult for the law abiding, whilst ignoring real crime, why do they feel the need to take revenge on normal peeps, it's not their fault 99% of cops were bullied at school! Cops are supposed to be here to to serve and protect us, not use their badge to get back at society for the bullying they received at school!

Bullying at school? I'd use it to get back at people who skipped the queue in the pub

phil_wrx 06 October 2008 11:12 PM

i understand the "investigate a complaint" argument but what about common sense? police should of taken both women to one side and explained behaviour like that aint acceptable and then made the people in the disabled spot move there car

simple solution

ScoobyWon't 06 October 2008 11:15 PM

I've not seen anything that states that the other people invloved did not have a disabled badge in their vehicle.

Are you sure your not old bill:wonder:Because if you are i can see why the general public have a wide band view of you

ScoobyWon't 06 October 2008 11:32 PM

Here's one for you to all look at which will help with getting to the bottom of things.

A robbery was committed on 23 November at 23:10 at a video shop. The robber had a small pistol. The robber made loud gruff noises but said no words. The robber left the shop and got into a car, which was parked outside. The police later found an upturned car in a ditch 25 miles from the shop. It is also known that:

-Steven Tibbs crashed his car at 22:30 on 23rd November.
-The cashier was 6 ft 2 in tall.
-Pete Mickson had recently lost his job at the video shop.
-The video shop usually has over £500 in the till.
-The robber was taller than the cashier.
-Pete Mickson is 5 ft 6in tall.
-Paul Davis drove the getaway car from the shop.
Now answer these 5 questions as either
True (the conclusion from the situation is true from the facts known about it)

False (the conclusion is false given the situation described and the facts known about it)

Impossible to say (it is impossible to say if it is either true or false given the situation and the facts known about it)

1: The robber was a man.

2: Steven Tibbs may have been the robber.

3: The cashier reported the robbery to the police.

4: The robber could be a friend of the cashier.

5: Pete Mickson could have been the robber.

This should only take you 5 minutes to complete. I'll post the correct answers later.

Maybe I should have been clearer. I've not seen anything, bar what the accused has claimed, that the other car did not have a disabled badge. Hence why I am not jumping to conclusions.

I don't think conclusions are being jumped to.
Is Webby's word not enough?
Or his mothers?
