i am looking for a way of gaining some massive power and i am thinking of getting a vf22 and slapping it into my 2000 turbo. Gains? Loses? other choices?

That could be true.
Mine ECU is a MY95 RA and I also have a GReddy Profec boost controller among other things.

I run a VF22 on my car with a UK gearbox and I don't think that change alone will get your acceleration time down.
I have recently had to swap back from a steel billett flywheel (~4.5kg)to a standard cast one and the turbo lag is now really noticable.

Don't you also need to modify the ECU in some fashion in order to get the new turbo running to it's full potential??

thanks guys, actually, i have done a couple of mods, check the drivetrain section they are all listed there. Stef, my normal time is 4.8 i am looking to lower my qtr mile time from 13.6
