Autoglym engine and machine cleaner, cleaned my classic one up pretty good waay bk when i first got it,spray it on then using either a wheel brush or paintbrush scrub the muck off and rinse well with water, may need going over a couple of times but really rate the stuff, ive just bought some meguiars degreaser but havent tried that yet so cant comment on it-the autoglym should be ok though.

I own a 05 STI on a 55 plate so know what your up against. I used Gunk and a PW moderately. After that protect and use Megs APC to maintain.
