Feel Good Films - What's yours

I've just thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed. Lord of the Rings-Return of the King.

That was the only one I had not seen :o

Apart from a conversation in the middle of it, with me keep saying "hang on I want to see this bit" (apologies, you know who you are ;)) I have to say, I was riveted. What a film, I had goose bumps at some bits :notworthy:notworthy

Awesome. Every time I hear ABC by the Jackson 5 I think of that scene.

For me it's the Cannonball Run. I don't care how cheesy it looks now, you can see that they all had a great laugh making it. I loved it when I was 6, I still love it 24 years later...

Luckily every now and then one slips through the net.

For instance In Bruges (2008) has more politically incorect lines in it than all the films I have seen in the previous 10 years put together. Any film that includes an immortal line of dialogue like this is alright by me:

Ken: We shall strike a balance between culture and fun.

Ray: Somehow I believe, Ken, that the balance shall tip in the favor of culture, like a big fat f**king retarded f**king black girl on a see-saw opposite...a dwarf.

:D :D :D :D
