HKS fcd help

Hi i am in need of some help i have a 05 WRX STI and i need to install a FCD now i have two which i can get my hands on from a friend but i dont know which type to get he has the HKS standard type and HKS type 3 which one is right for my car.

Don't do it - the fuel cut is there for a reason... to save you from killing your engine.

I did it on my classic and had no issues....I was very careful when tweaking......but..there's no feckin way I'd put one on my 05 STI :eek2:

The lads on here gave me the best advice:thumb: the other day!!!!

It might be cheaper to start with getting a FCD but it could cost you a lot more....

Get a re-map thats what I'm doing:norty:
