I would like to see a progress report as it is becoming a right royal PITA now.

Anything would be welcome :thumb:

I woudl like to see soemthign to. This is a royal PITA. Half the threads don't open, and after every post I get 404 and have to open SN from the top again.

What's the betting I'll get the same error when I hit post quick reply.

FlightMan 15 September 2008 02:13 PM

Thanks, at least now we know you are working on it :thumb:

It appears to be a vBSEO issue. I've just now opened a support ticket with them. They are usually quick on the draw.

alcazar 15 September 2008 06:55 PM

Not had my e-mail yet, and it's STILL doing it, FIVE hours later:(

FlightMan 15 September 2008 09:27 PM

Just out of interest, should you be able to ban user IB ADMIN?

ex-webby 15 September 2008 09:28 PM

LOL, there's always one.

Just a guess, but I wouldn't try it if I were you! :D

mickywrx 15 September 2008 11:22 PM

I think it's been done before, Simon. Or at least thought about.

Its far too technical for me, but, still getting this page not found lark.

Darned IB want to get out of bed and rectify it. :)

Never happened with Shaun in charge. :p

Sonic' 16 September 2008 08:22 AM

FlightMan 16 September 2008 08:48 AM

Has said on the other thread they are still working on the issue

IB ATEST 16 September 2008 11:12 PM

We've installed the newest version of vBSEO. So far so good. Let us know if anything is still giving you a 404. We will be tweaking the configuration a little but that should cause little or no trouble.

Phil 16 September 2008 11:23 PM

Seems to have solved the problems for me

I can now open threads I have not been able to access for a week

Cheers Guys

Lisawrx 16 September 2008 11:48 PM

I haven't tried threads I couldn't open yet, but at least the error isn't appearing after posting now.

So far so good.
