Best place in South West for Diagnosis

As always I still got this jerking problem below 3,500 revs which no one seems to be able to fix, so where is the best place in the south west to take it please?

Serious praise for whoever fixes it for me. Please dont suggest powerstation, been there.

You could contact Bob Rawle in Swindon. You can contact him at BRDevelopments. He really knows his stuff and I'm sure you will fine his advice really helpful. If you want to PM me I can give you his e-mail address or check out his advert on here. Good luck.

Just out of interest what ecu do you have fitted as if its a std 97 ecu its not mappable and is it possibly linked, what have you had done already to cure this.

Thanks guys will pm a few of you.

Tazz- Changed Lambda twice, fixes it for about a week then it returns, same with plug however I think this is a result of the problem not the cause. Brand new MAF meter. Again this fixed it for a about a week and the problem returned.

Standard ECU, I realise it cant be mapped. You have no idea how much I want to torch the thing because of this. 18 ******* months now.

What i meant and this is not tryin to get granny sucking eggs, was that is this possibly due to the fact that its an import and the ecu is struggling to keep the car running on our crap unleaded fuel.

You could try a ECU reset and then if the car runs OK then it gives you something more to know about your problem other than buying sensors for a temporary fix. If your sensors were new then why are they failing so quickly, there are so many possibilities, including poor or contaminated fuel.

I always run it on V power though, I thought this would sort it out?

Ok, how do you do a complete ECu reset? I guess just disconnecting the battery for a few hours isnt it? P plate WRX.

www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk look on his help page for checking error codes and reseting ecu.

i would guess you've checked coilpacks/plugs.

how are you running the extra boost (had a quick look at your profile)?
