If so, what mods do you have? I assume this is a standard UK turbo.

It's hard to tell exactly what that car is - it's certainly not an unmodified UK turbo, though. My guess is at a UK car with a drainpipe exhaust and an induction kit - you can't normally hear the dump valve without one. Could also be an STI IV with that spoiler.

I think it sounds rather nice IMHO. What is this 'drainpipe exhaust' you are on about?? How would this make the dump valve work at low revs like it was??

I was stood there when that video was shot :D, It's in Oldham :D:D, think it's a UK Car with Zorst, Filter and dump valve.
