Loss of power

Hi All,

I have a funny problem with my 03 STi PPP. Sometimes it feels well down on power. On the same day, on the same tank of fuel, it will be fine, then 10 minutes later it feels like it's lost about 30bhp. I've put solely V power in for a couple of tanks which seemed to help, yesterday and today it was brilliant and I thought I'd cured it, then tonight I take it out and it's flat as a pancake again!

This is the first turbo car I've had, is this a characteristic? It happens when I've been stood in traffic, which is to be expected, but also sometimes for no discernable reason whatsoever.

I've been thinking about taking it up to Scooby Clinic for a rolling road diagnostic, is this worth doing?

Maybe it needs a couple more tanks of V Power, trouble is Shell garages are like rocking horse teeth!

Any advice gratefully received
