Jammed Bosch 044 pump

Hi all,

Has anyone else bought a Bosch 044 pump before and found it to be jammed, it clicks but wont turn? One terminal was also bent slightly when I got it but no damage or marks to the casing.

IF you get anywhere with it, please let me know the results as I'm unsure how to proceed and dont like touching out fuel related.
