Just been upstairs for a couple hours as I havent been sleeping too well during the night. Anywho, when I just got up now, I noticed a letter from my employers.

You may remember I am owed some serious dosh (well anythings serious when your backs up against the wall I guess), with regards SSP and that.

In a nutshell, after speaking with my union guy, and him speaking with the HR dept. the letter suprising says that I will recieve £1,721.09 in over due sick pay.:luxhello: I'ts not a life changina mount but it will keep mine and Natalie's head above water for a couple of months. They then have promised (in writing) to pay me another 4 weeks full pay in leiu notice of dismissal and any owed holiday pay (approx £1300 after tax would have been 4 weeks wage).

Finally had a little luck go my way:o

Im still waiting on the solicitors on my case to get some answers back. Employer tried to get clever making statements and getting them all very wrong.

Now I have just got to put on a good show next week in my appeal. Then hopefully I will be given all other owed monies to me, and I can persue the tribunal against the cnuts:mad:

Then the personal injury too, which hopefully will be the "big one" financial wise to myself and Natalie.
