turbo not boosting up
 

ok yesterday car was fine on full boost but today as soon as i hit 3k revs it was kangarooing i have checked the air pipes and found some had come away from some other pipes and put them all together and still the same, i havent checked the i/c pipe as last time this happened it was split at the end but this a new pipe so i cant see it being that. could my maf cause this this happened ages ago and my maf had a dodgy connection then it run fine so can the maf cause this as well?

the car runs fine until you want the turbo to wind up thats why i think it isnt my maf cause wouldnt that cause the car to run lumpy from start up and normal driving

i have a apexi power fc and an avcr, could the avcr go faulty i havent touched any buttons since it was set up as that would be suicidal.

any suggestions recommended and i just had the turbo replaced last week so i cant see it being the turbo either
