It'll probably do everything you need a navi to do, but my past experience of the Backer brand is not too good. Spent over £1k on an in-dash Beacker navi about 4 years back, and I'd have been better of giving a map to one of the dogs. Absolute cr@p. And they fit them to Aston Martins! And don't get me started on the number of times the display went t1t's up. After 12 months it went in the bin and I bought a TomTom1. Never had a single issue with it.

A journey is only a journey until you get lost after which it becomes an adventure.:D Another vote for the Tom Tom it does everything bar driving the car!

OOOh' no. No. No.

Stick with garmin, or if you must tom tom. the mappings much better and the user interface better!

Are you gonna use the "traffic" stuff? Else a tomtom is £90 from Amazon.

I quite like the 3D street level graffix instead of the ariel view from above on the road map.
