P38 Suspension Problems
I'm hoping someone can help here,
I have a p38 range rover and when driving the other day, it flashed up EAS Fault (electronic air suspension?) The control for the height lit up all 4 lights and the offroad indicator on the dash illuminated. When left overnight, and started up, the air bags raise to the nornal road height so I think it may be electrical. Is there a way to reset the control for this without having to go to a stealer? Any help would be appreciated. |

Height position sensors are prone. But being honest there is so much to go awry its best to plug it in to a diagnostics reader and assertain what the body control unit "thinks" is faulty before haphazardly replacing parts.
Plenty of independant garages out there out there with the equipment capeable of reading ECUs on old Rangies these days, so stealers isn't the only option. |
You will need an indy with autologic..
HPS's are prone just to break off.Pumps also wear out too.. |
