Good laptop for £400?
 

Hi all, im looking at upgrading the laptop in the next week or so,but have no idea what to get. My limit is £400,only realy use it for internet and the odd game,but want a large screen(main reason for upgrading)

Dell inspiron 1525 - £330.
Just wander into a local (decent size) tesco and you'll be able to pick one off the shelf.

Ive just got myself a Vostro 1700 with Nvidia gfx for 499

Basic Dell studio 15 if you want discrete graphics. In actual fact the card it comes with is quite capable of bly ray playback. it also has a HDMI port and there is a blu ray upgrade for it if you want to make it into a HTPC setup later :)

£450 though, the £399 isn't worth it over the vostro.
