Try www.titanhosts.com. They should be able to give specifc answers to questions. Haven't used them myself (for hosting) but have heard plenty of godd things about them :)

Lee (SIDC IT Officer) runs/owns it (I think! correct me if I'm wrong Lee!)

Used them to register my domain and host my site.

think it was probably 80 quid all in inc VAT.
