What Wax/Protectant for new respray in Royal Silver
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h2...e/326c4ef6.jpg
Car has had a high quality respray about 3 months ago in Royal Silver - and has not been on the road yet. What Wax/Protectant should I use to give it a protective coating? Thanks Sy |
hi sy, what lip on the boot lid is that? very nice looking sleeper btw :)

BMW 3 series E46 4 door sport rear spoiler - 2 door ones fit but are a tad too long - also I bought a non genuine one and it melted in the over, so recommned only gen BMW ones - paid £70 from Cooks Ferry BMW North London.

Nice looking car mate ;)
IMO a sealant would be my choice over wax on that colour, go with some thing along the lines of Werkstat Acrylic Jett Trigger - Werkstat Car Care and Detailing Products |
Sy,
If your looking for a wax to give you good protection then something like collinite 915 is one of the best. A couple of coats will see you 6 months. Too add some wetness and maintain durability then the jeff's kit from PB is very good on silver colours. David |
+1 for the werkstatt. these are the results that i got on a silver bmw Sy

Another one here for the Jeffs kit from PB, brilliant stuff and works really well on the silvers and my cool grey colours:

only colour i have that's been dodo'd to hand is my red type ra. but you can get similar results on lighter colours with the waxes that are colourcharged for light colours
