MY05 WRX,24000miles,paid £13995 18months ago,spent £4000 on it,,,,,how much do you think i'd get for it?????

Big loss, £8/9k judging by what others say they are getting for their ownwrx's ??

Sounds about right. first 3 years always see the worst depreciation. Esp with recent events. Worst time to buy a new car.

You're up against the car supermarkets - new WRX for just over £10k!!! It's going to depend a lot on what you're trading it in for or if you're selling privately. I'd say anything from £6-9k, but it's going to be a struggle.

If you have a look on autotrader there are alot of my05s with around 25-30kmiles going for £8k.

With regards to the £4k you spent on mods, I don't think that would add much, if any value onto the car at all, unless u sell to a fellow enthusiast who can appreciate the mods.
I spent about £4k on mods on my bugeye, and when I sold it, I got none of it back.

Unfortunately mods are worthless.
Always worth taking them off and selling them in bits, and leaving the car as standard as possible.
Not a good time to sell...but if its time....bite the bullet!
