A member of the family has Microsoft Worksuite 2000 on there PC at home which they bought from Comet, the PC came supplied with Microsoft Worksuite 2000 which includes MS Money, MS word and some home publishing software.

The problem they have is the library image is held on CD 5 and CD 5 is faulty so they cannot use the publishing part of the application as they cannot get the images off disk 5.

If anyone has this application and could copy me disk 5 I would be very grateful, I only want disk 5 and not all 7 cd's, I think the application was only supplied with new PC's as no were sells it.

Email your addy to figment@ntlworld.com and I'll stick an original of CD5 in the post, as I have more than one copy.

I have had a few CD's replaced by MS as they were faulty, One simple phone call, and sent back the faulty CD along with a copy of the liscence and proof of purchase. A few days after (didn't keep count) i had a replacement set of disc's.

OK so my software was SQL Server and not Works, but the same principal should apply.

My way is quicker

No phone calls, no muzak, and only 35 minutes from ticket being raised to solution found (would have only been 5 minutes had the help desk arrived for work on time).

IW, can you sort my P4 poser out as quick?
