cheers its a bugeye scoob Your "check engine" warning lamp could be on for 100 & 1 reasons, you will need to get the code read from the ECU to get an idea of what is wrong. Phil |
is it a classic scoob??

sorry just viewed your scooby, and noticed its not a classic. I dont know if they are the same but on the classic models under the dash by your feet you have two black connectors and two green, if you connect the two black connectors it will tell you the fault code. its worth having a look to see if you have the wires. Best of luck

thanks for the info guys iv found the green conectors ans one black one ill try and find the other one and connect them and see what it says

For unknown reasons they left the wires behind the dash when they fitted the OBD II port on the newage. However I don't think it gives out the full OBD II codes which have to read from the actual OBD port.
I'd try and find someone to read the codes for you, Subaru garages tend to charge an alarmingly high fee for plugging in their select monitor. Shaun |
