hi all, lookin for advice on decent grippin tyres. already had toyo proxys and they were terrible, wot do u's think.

Depends on the budget.

I've found Proxis to be reasonable, but I bought a pair of Yokohama Parada Spec II's recently and have been impressed for the price. I got them from Camskill.

I'm running Michelin PS2's the now and they are the best tyre I've run so far. Had toyo's, eagle F1's, Pirelli's but nothing can beat the Michelin in all weather.

Bridgestones for me.

KevB220 28 July 2008 05:25 PM

Goodyear F1 Asymetric. Used them for day to day and sprinting. Best tyre I have used.

just fitted uniroyal rainsport 2s to my classic today, awsome in the wet and no aquaplaining which is essential living in scotland!! in my opinion toyo and yoko dont even come close!! i work in the trade and got the 4 for 280+vatNOT FITTED.
so i wouldnt expect to pay that much more for them.
