Well it's showing your post time as an hour in the future, so I'd say it's GMT -4 as I'm EST which is GMT -5

It's all part of the plan - read the small print.

It now means that you can INFRACT someone before they have actually posted. Saves webby a lot of time not having to answer silly questions in policy :)
